Schaut echt gut aus . Das mit dem Beziehen lassen hab ich mir auch schon überlegt .

Dann sind Handschuhe aber praktisch Pflicht. Bei Alcantara reicht eine scharf gefahrene Session aus, dann ist das Zeug glatt und speckig.

Da haste Recht. Aber was noch viel schlimmer ist. Das ist so schweine Teuer, das ich mich für ein gutes Overgripband für Tennisgriffe entschieden habe.
Muss halt 1-2 mal im Jahr gewechselt werden, fühlt sich aber richtig gut an.
Farblich gibts ne grosse Auswahl.
Hauptsache nicht so gaylor Gummigriffe wie das Ding Original hat. Richtig Eckelhaft

Mal eine Frage an die Thrustmaster 500 rs fahrer. Hat jemand von euch das F1 Lenkrad ?

Wenn ja hat jemand schon mal die 2 Schrauben gelöst wo das Schriftzeichen drauf ist ?

Mich würde interssieren ob mann eventuelle eine vorrichten stecker oder so vorhanden ist ?

Vielleicht kommt ja mal von Thrustmaster ein zusatz Modul raus.

Dazu kann ich nichts sagen. Ich bin bisher nur mit sequenziellem Shifter gefahren und das bockt so sehr, dass ich nie zurück auf manuell gebaut habe.

Hello again everyone, thanks for taking the time to peruse this thread, it's time for an update...

Firstly, for those of you in the UK who are attending the Autosport International Show at the NEC this weekend, you can try out the GT3 prototype wheel in person. It is being used by Motion Simulation LTD in their TL1 simulator, you can find them in Hall 20, Stand 2765. Their simulator is a fantastic piece of kit and you really should give it a try if you get the chance.

It's been a busy month, I've been putting the prototype through its paces in order to refine the design, both of the external and internal components in order to get the wheel performing the way I want it to.

The key issue for me is that of weight, and I've now been able to make the production version nearly 450g lighter than the prototype, whilst retaining the same strength and build quality. This means there will be less strain on the FFB motor, and better transmission of FFB information through the wheel-rim and into your hands. The production version is also 20mm shallower front-to-back than the prototype, which means it will be easier to fit it into your cockpit.

As for the internal componants, Leo Bodnar is helping me design a custom PCB for the wheel, which will fit over and directly solder to all of the switch and button contacts, meaning that there will be absolutely no wiring needed to assemble the wheel. Hallelujah!

I've also added the option of foregoing the wired quick-release system in favour of a Motorsport-style coiled USB cable. This is perfect for people who don't want to run the wiring loom through their wheel-base. You can see the Gland where this cable will exit just below the Spacer in this render...



Paddle Shifters: I've had the first batch of paddle shifters manufactured and they work very well indeed. However I've decided that I'd rather have a system that doesn't use a mechanical push-button switch, as they're rather time-consuming to assemble and tune in order to ensure that the feel is consistant across a large batch.

So for the production model I'll be using a different design, but it does mean that I've now got 26 sets of working Paddle Shifters that will need good homes, so if anyone wants to purchase a pair then let me know. I'll start a thread with all the details on next week once they're all fully assembled.

Adapters: The adapters for G25/G27, T500rs, FREX and ECCI have all been finished, as I said earlier you can choose whether you want to run the wiring through the quick-release, or use separate coiled USB cable instead. The adapters will only take a couple of minutes to install and won't permanently alter you wheel-base in anyway. Here they are...

für mich das beste lenkrad was ich jeh in der hand hatte die pedale kommen direkt nach den clubsport... alles andere ist nur spielzeug

kann es nur empfehlen nur die kabel konstruktion und die anschlüße passen nicht zu so einen hochwertigen lenkrad, macht aber keine umstände wenn man es nicht viel bewegt und man sollte ab und zu mal schauen ob der stromstecker noch sitzt... mehr negatives fällt mir nicht ein alles andere absolute klasse.

besonders beeindruckend wenn man das ganze mal von innen sieht auch der shifter alles wirkt wie eine richtige maschine. kein billig zusammen geschmissenes plaste. sämtliche mechanik ist aus gusstahl alu oder polierten stahl und sitzt in richtigen lagern alles schön gefettet und geschmiert wirkt alles mehr wie eine industrie maschine und nicht wie ein spielzeug

ich hab noch nichts negatives über dieses Lenkrad gelesen oder gehört, ausser von Leuten die dieses gar nicht haben.
(Sozusagen, Thrustmaster - kann ja nicht gut sein.)
Ich jedenfalls find es absolut Klasse!
Nachdem ich es "individuell" angepasst hab, kommt mir auch kein anderes mehr ins Haus. ;-)

Hatte 2. Beide mit dem F1 Ausatz. Beide gingen innerhalb von 8 Tagen kaputt. Beim ersten die Pedale, beim 2. die Pedals sowie einer der Kippschalter.
Die Pedale sind gut, aber kommen nicht gegen die Clubsport an. Das Lenkrad an sich ist auch gut, wäre es besser verarbeitet. Der F1 Aufsatz ist n schlechter Scherz, das Gewinde beim Aufsatz des Lenrkades ist komplett aus Plastik und wird mit einer Pieselschraube gehalten die auch noch durch das Gewinde gedreht ist, der Lüfter is viel zu Laut und naja... Lenkt sich ganz gut udn vom FFB besser als mein GT3, aber von der Qualität einfach unterirdisch. Vielleicht hatte ich auch 2 Montagsmodelle, nur dann hat man die Schnauze voll.

Für das gleiche Geld würde ich jedes Mal wieder das GT3 mit den CS Pedals V2 kaufen. Aber es freut mich für die, bei denen das T500 gut läuft

Seit einiger Zeit versuch ich schon meine T500 Bremse von der Potiabtastung auf Load Cell umzustellen.

Ich habe dann irgendwann eine Plug & Play Lösung gefunden:

Leider schafft es der gute Mann nicht, seine Entwicklung in die Fertigung umzusetzen. Es gab wohl 15 Stück, die waren aber sofort vergriffen.

Nach 3 Monaten warten und ein paar unbeantworteten E-Mail Anfragen, möchte ich mir jetzt so eine Lösung nachbauen.

Ich bastel recht gerne und habe auch keine Hemmungen an meinem Material rumzuschrauben.

Aber bei Elektronik hab ich nur einen begrenzten Wissensstand.
Deswegen mal die Hilfe Anfrage an die Elektro-Weisen unter Euch.
